1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Outfiiit application and all associated services. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service description

Outfiiit is a fashion application that allows you to:

• Upload photos of your outfits
• Receive AI-generated style analysis and advice
• Create and save looks
• Discover similar products to purchase
• Virtually try on clothes on your photos

These features use credits, a virtual currency purchasable within the application.

3. User account

3.1 Account creation

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.2 Account responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities performed from your account.
• You must report any unauthorized use to us immediately.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of Terms violation.

4. Credits and payments

4.1 Credit system

• Credits are a virtual currency used to access premium features.
• Each action (transformation, virtual try-on, etc.) consumes a defined number of credits.
• Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account is active.

4.2 Purchases

• Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

4.3 No refunds

Unused credits are non-refundable. Upon account deletion, remaining credits are lost. We recommend using your credits before deleting your account.

5. Acceptable use

By using Outfiiit, you agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes on others' rights
• Upload photos of people without their consent
• Upload pornographic or sexually explicit content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or payment systems
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools
• Resell or transfer your credits to third parties

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Our content

The Outfiiit application, its design, code, logos, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

6.2 Your content

• You retain all rights to the photos you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it as part of the service.
• This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

7. Artificial intelligence

Our service uses artificial intelligence to:

• Analyze your photos and identify clothing items
• Generate personalized style advice
• Create virtual try-ons
• Search for similar products

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for purchase decisions based on our recommendations.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for credits in the last 12 months.

These limitations do not apply to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Service availability

• We strive to maintain the service available 24/7.
• Interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
• In case of permanent shutdown, we will notify you with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. In case of substantial changes:

• We will notify you by email or through the application
• Changes will take effect 30 days after notification
• Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms
• If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your account

11. Termination

11.1 By you

You can delete your account at any time from settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

11.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your account in case of Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate reason, with or without notice.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute:

• We prefer an amicable resolution
• You may use a consumer mediation service
• Otherwise, French courts will have jurisdiction

13. General provisions

• If any provision is found invalid, the others remain in effect.
• Our failure to act on a violation does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
